Louay is an intern at HuMENA for Human Rights and Civic Engagement, currently contributing to research and advocacy efforts across the MENA region. He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Barcelona Institute of International Studies and a Bachelor’s in English with a focus on international relations. Louay has previous experience with the International Center for Transitional Justice and the Tunisian Ministry of Development. He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
